The raw ingredients of any baby, as in all life, are the seeds.
Well Parents, Strong Seeds
Fertility is a report card of your health. They are intimately tied together. Mother Nature expects only the best and screens out that which is not likely to be well. This may mean losing early babies is the screening process – survival of the fittest. It is your job to et to where the job is able to be completed on automatic. The medical rescues always rely on nature taking over. When in crisis – the usual ‘problems’ of pregnancy show up as warnings. This is probably the most important thing you can read. If you are in pain, or limping through a pregnancy – baby is in trouble. In mum’s case, these seeds are the eggs produced by her ovaries; See here for more (CLICK) in dad’s case, his sperm (CLICK).
Inappropriate, or malnutrition can impact upon your family lineage for generations. You don’t just have a responsibility to yourself or your child – the raw materials that made you, were assembled by your grandmothers. Built over three generations. Think about that. Perhaps look at the role of diet and health (CLICK) . .

No refined foods – eat seasonal and local.
What part of ‘we are what we eat’ and ‘you’ve got to be well before you make a well baby’ do we not understand?’
Recently I have been told by pregnant women that they hear on forums just how proud women are of eating rubbish whilst pregnant – anyone who is not eating with the view of forming a great health foundation for their own grandchildren – as they are making their own children’s ovaries and sperm generating cells presently may do well to rethink the medical profession’s refusal to see what all mothers throughout time knew – what we eat determines how well we are.
Can you ensure your eggs & sperm (potential seeds) are in optimal health?
1. General info
Good reproductive health is a matter of lifestyle – it’s not something you wake up today and decide to have, it’s something that you properly cultivate over many years. Yet if you have just woken up to the fact you would like to have a baby and the reality that your reproductive health may influence your chances, there is much you can do to lay the groundwork for strong seeds.
Let’s start with the basics:
- water – lots of it
- sleep – lots of it
- stress – lose it
- cold – eliminate it (air conditioning, ice in any form, cold drinks etc)
- diet – eat well and supplement often.
Diet: leafy green vegetables, whole grains only – preferably minimal, much fat, much protein.
Supplements: Vitamins B, C, D (sunshine is best), magnesium, zinc, iodine.
General support: see a trusted natural life enhancer. Their scope of practice is health. ‘medicine’ is there if a crisis befalls you. Life quality is NOT in their scope of practice.
