5 – Touch – we a have a bodily need to give and to receive touch – being primates..
6 – Raison d’etre – without a reason to be here – what is there Instant and constant gratification??
7 – Sustenance – food is only one of these – thus obsessing about change of diet may not get the results you expect . .
