Simple natural pregnancy
= easy babies
and no need for specialists
Why few others say what is written here
Almost all pregnancy problems are directly related to insufficiency of basic body requirements. Bodies work well when given the ingredients. Good plain food, full of nutrients; a simple life close to nature – the sun, the wind, the sky, fresh air and living in/with the natural rhythms.
Not more testing, scanning, medical visits – but more good food, quality rest, clean water, healthy outside productive exercise, getting in touch with what makes your heart sing, and less reading/listening to what others say – but more what all women have done until now – lived simply, looking after themselves as they used to be said to be in a ‘delicate condition’.
Living in community – with others who are exploring the same processes, overseen by those women who have been there before them. Looked after by those women who have done it all before, and who have watched what does and does not work.
Where the processes of being a woman are revered – where growing a baby encouraged to be the best possible – not a retail industry based in worrying people to spend even more to check progress – rather than insuring for optimal outcomes by being and growing perfect babies through simple, plain eating and sober habits.
Modern pregnancy in the ‘First World’
Money is spent on medically monitoring and then more worrying – not on doing what all nature does – just by looking after yourself. Eat simply – real food, not food products and innumerable coffees and cakes. It may look unproductive, but the less stress you put yourself under, the calmer baby will be, the easier baby will be to raise, and the happier your lives as parents will be in the future.
No gyms, no hassling yourselves to finish degrees, the house renos etc – just ensuring that only the very best is done to make the best baby you can. Healing yourself along the journey of pregnancy – not finding more to worry about – but how to grow into a calm, peaceful mum to be awaiting the new love of your life.
What is different about this site and Pregnancy App
Almost none of what you will read here is mentioned in any pregnancy information within mainstream obstetrics. Almost none of it will be known, let alone shared by those you pay to assist you. Almost all of it was assumed knowledge before the push for medical interventions, and modern testing, monitoring in pregnancy and exposing the soon-to-be-parents to all the things that may ‘go wrong’ as though they will go wrong without more visits and tests to see if it is.
Then of course – highly technical invasive and not baby respectful answers – all of which cost your pocket, and at the expense of baby’s emotional, energetic and primal bonding to you both. And yours to baby as you think maybe the doctor is right and there is ‘something wrong’ with baby – more worry. less sleep, less heartfelt connections – ‘just in case’ . . . imagine being the baby with a whole soul within you feeling you – the mum’s distress – where is ‘First Do No Harm’ in all of this?
Almost everything that is now ‘best practice’ in obstetrics is not based on research findings, or what has always worked before, or the outcome of a happy mother and a bonded baby, but a system of servicing that those making money all agree to do.
The results of the new wave of obstetric practices are obvious. Escalating rates of distressed mums, and babies who are not thriving, who are not resilient, and who need more medical interventions as they are so ill. Their forebears/relations in times past were not so resource intensive/high maintenance.
It would appear that few are seeing this and fewer know what to do to at least halt this process – much less reverse it. Thus I have written the eBooks, not to appear controversial, but to be a voice of common sense in times here it seems that this has disappeared as more and more people hold their hands out to be like vultures along the normal processes of life.
What babies need
They need conscious conception where BOTH parents to be are serious about ensuring their child is the best that they can make – not forcing nature into what it presently is not wanting to start – there is always a reason.
Babies need a happy, healthy mum who believes in herself and her body.
Mum needs loving and supportive encouragement to follow her instincts, not have to try to protect baby from those who want to do things to him/her.
Babies do not need scanning, or monitoring to see if they are growing well. The scanning is not even seen to be safe and CAUSES fetal growth retardation and the very reduction of the amniotic fluid that is being studied – why are you not researching this and keeping your baby safe – as you are the one who lives with the consequences? Your grandmother did not scan your mum – why are you scanning your bub? Stress is good for neither of you.
Pregnant women do not need rules or protocols to stick within to have babies – they just need loving support at all points; they need to stop and be mums-to-be; becoming less involved into the outside world, and returning to listening to themselves and their babies.
This may not appear to be advice that they want, but disengaging in the world of commerce and business, and of being busy, but starting to nest within self pays huge profits when baby arrives. Really looking after herself and what she would have wanted were she the baby, not the mother of herself.
You need less stress, less rush and more time to be yourself will possibly mean less income – but you do not need to pay specialists to oversee a natural process. They do not know why things start to ‘go wrong; and do not know how to can help yourself reverse these processes. It is all within our template – eating better, resting and undoing what has happened in our pasts and what the traumas we may have experienced means to us still – undoing self to become a clear mirror for baby to be with.
You do not need helpers who worry you in pregnancy, who know nothing of relevance, and who worry you incessantly.
You just need to stop and listen to your body, getting ready to listen to your baby.
To avoid the epidemic of post natal depression and worse, mastitis, inability to breast feed, or to even love being a new mum – the steps are easy – and all shown in the Pregnancy App and the manual ‘What Dads Can Do’, the two DVDs as part of this package, the accompanying eBooks and all information available on all my sites.
Life changes could, and should have happened back to sensible, simple and natural expression in eating, sleeping ad what we choose to do with ourselves, especially what we plan for our children.
- Are choices made to ensure baby is made as well as possible?
- Are babies respected at every step of the way in pregnancy and in birthing?
- Are choices made to ensure bonding and hormonal primal instincts are intact at birth?
- Are mums supported when they want to live nature and baby alone to do it their way?
The answers to all of these questions are in the negative. This places undue stress on your pregnancy as you try to be ‘good’ whilst ignoring your gut, where all along the way you know what is happening is not following nature, your instincts, and what you just know your baby needs.
The key person in modern obstetrics is never the baby, rarely the mother and always the medical professional – whose job needs protecting.
You may see this as being overly controversial.
I have here on the HeatherSays site added innumerable reference sites and books where you may see that I am only suggesting we do what always happened – respect life and grow the best baby possible, in the healthiest mum, within an intact family unit.
Why we all need to listen and change our ways
Babies are the most precious resource we have. They are currently being treated as though they are a commodity to be preyed upon – all seem to see you coming and wish to spend more of your money – there are books, gadgets, everything to choose to apparently make life with baby easier.
You can change this.
What was known in times past is see as being ‘unscientific’ or ‘old fashioned’.
It also used to work, and still would if we returned to nature.
